Growing up with sport

Cetilar Academy is a course of shared coaching and mentorship, thanks to which Cetilar® commits to forming new talent and to their growth as fully-rounded professional sports people.

Discipline, responsibility, a spirit of sacrifice and constant pursuit of limits.
These are the values that the Cetilar Academy project seeks to transmit to new recruits in world motorsports.

In 2019 three talents were chosen from Kart racing – Joel Bergström, Sebastiano Pavan and Alfio Spina – for technical training and character guidance. In 2020 the team greeted the Bergström and Spina, who moved to other teams, and it welcomed four new entry: Nicola Lacorte, Brando Badoer, Mark Kastelic and Kean Berta Nakamura.

Cetilar Academy racing drivers , emblazoned with a Cetilar® blue wing on their suits and karts, will work alongside motorsport professionals throughout their training, which will also take them off campus for a number of training days with project partners.

The Cetilar Academy Racing project is supported by PharmaNutra, Cetilar Racing, Dallara, Formula Medicine, Freem, Kart Republic, Team Driver, the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth and WSK Promotion.

Obiettivo3 is a project promoted by Alex Zanardi for recruiting, launching and economically and practically supporting people with disabilities so they may undertake sporting activities.

In the last years Cetilar Academy has supported Obiettivo 3 by purchasing three new handbikes for athletes selected by the association to make it possible for these young talents to participate at the 2021 Tokyo Paralympics.  Furthermore, Cetilar Academy’s contribution has covered the hefty participation costs for the sporting events planned by Obiettivo3.
